Mountainscape Events began from humble origins. It all started in 2004 when co-founder Naomi Langer-McIntosh was approached by a friend who was planning an event but was unhappy with her supplier at the time. A lack of creativity and an unwillingness to provide an acceptable level of service had driven Naomi’s friend to her wit’s end – and so, Naomi stepped in to help.
Enlisting the help of local restauranteur (and someday husband!), Jeff Langer-McIntosh, the freshly minted dynamic duo took the Bow Valley events scene by storm. It wasn’t long before their unique creative synergy and uncompromising value-based approach to event planning and management took off – and just like that, Mountainscape Events was born.
In the years since, the team has grown substantially, expanding to include many other like-minded creators, planners, and event coordinators, but through it all, we’ve stayed true to our roots.
